Ron Zollars is the employee ownership program coordinator for the Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. He provides project management, financial and administrative support to the Institute’s employee ownership clients.

Prior to joining the Institute, Zollars was vice president and director of public affairs at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Earlier in his career with the company, he was chief of staff to SAIC founder Dr. J. Robert Beyster.

Prior to that, he served as operations manager to best-selling author Spencer Johnson, M.D., co-author of “The One Minute Manager” and author of “Who Moved My Cheese.” Zollars holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from The College of New Jersey.
