Program Overview
This three-day course focuses on best practices for managing companies in which the employees own equity interests including ESOPs. Designed for managers and executives, the course covers three key areas:
- Practical application of the principles of employee ownership in the day-to-day operation of the business, including managers’ roles, financial literacy for employee owners and building a high-performance ownership culture.
- Legal and regulatory challenges, including corporate governance arrangements, fiduciary responsibilities and the role of employee ownership in corporate transactions.
- Employee ownership in marketing & financial management.
